The quote is binding
For each engagement, the signed quote sets the scope, price, currency, timeline and payment terms. Prices shown on the site are indicative: only the signed quote binds both parties.
Prices by region
Our prices follow purchasing power in each region. The same offer, with the same scope and the same method, can therefore have a different price depending on the region. There are two grids: the international grid and the CFA franc zone grid (Central and West Africa: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo).
The billing country decides
The grid that applies is the one for the country of the entity that pays for the work: company, organisation or individual. Neither the client's nationality nor the country the site was viewed from counts. An executive billed in France falls under the international grid; a company billed in Abidjan falls under the CFA franc zone grid. International organisations, donor-funded projects and subsidiaries of foreign groups fall under the international grid.
Prices shown on the site
The site shows prices in your region's currency or in the one you choose. CFA franc zone prices are shown as "from" prices. If a price from another grid was viewed, the quote still applies the billing country's grid.
Currencies
International grid: euro, US dollar, pound sterling or Canadian dollar. CFA franc zone grid: CFA franc (XAF or XOF, pegged to the euro). The invoice is issued in the currency stated on the quote.
Payment
One-off offers: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Monthly offers (Scale Engine, Presence Ongoing, subscriptions): billed each month. Larger engagements can be paid by milestones, set out in the quote.
Fees and taxes
Bank, transfer and currency conversion fees are paid by the client. Applicable taxes depend on the billing country and are shown on the quote.
Scope and additions
The scope is set in writing before we start. Any addition (extra language, format, feature) is priced separately and agreed with you before it is done.
